Terms of Service
Last updated August 11, 2026
Ringpost is currently in public beta. By creating an account, you're agreeing to these terms. Questions go to hello@ringpost.io.
The service
Ringpost is a shared inbox and call system that connects to your own Twilio account. It's in active beta, so features and pricing can still change as we improve it. (See Limitation of liability below for the formal terms this implies.)
Your Twilio account is yours
You connect your own Twilio Account SID and Auth Token, and you register your own phone numbers. Twilio bills you directly for calls, texts, and numbers, separately from anything you pay Ringpost. Your use of Twilio is governed by Twilio's own terms of service, not these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use Ringpost to send unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing communications, or in a way that violates Twilio's acceptable use policies. Accounts used this way can be suspended or terminated.
Pricing
Ringpost is free during the current beta. After the beta, it becomes $10/month flat per team, not per seat. Beta access does not lock in this rate; pricing after the beta may change, and you'll be notified before any charge takes effect.
Termination and your data
You can stop using Ringpost and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your data from Ringpost; it does not affect data held directly by Twilio under your own Twilio account.
Limitation of liability
Ringpost is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ringpost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues originating from Twilio or other third-party providers it relies on. Where liability isn't already excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid Ringpost in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you were on the free beta.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the "Last updated" date above will change and active accounts will be notified by email.
